Real conversations
"How does the Energy Plan work?"
"You pay $0 down and one monthly payment. We handle maintenance and monitoring. You can pre-pay at anytime to own the system outright. I can show you the amount in your app. Want to see your cost projections?"
"My system isn't producing much today."
"I'm checking now. There's heavy cloud cover in your area with about 80% reduced sunlight. Your system is working correctly. Yesterday you produced 45 kWh, which is 12% above your average. Want to see your 30-day trend?"
"When will my crew arrive?"
"They left at 7:43 AM and are about 28 minutes away. Mike, the lead installer, will text when he's close. Today's plan: panel mounting, electrical work, then inspection prep. I'll send you photos throughout the day."
