About the role
As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will provide analytical support for Energy Company's financing activities and portfolio management. You will build and maintain financial models for project valuation, deal structuring, and portfolio analysis. You will prepare materials for investors including presentations, data room documents, and diligence responses. You will support ongoing portfolio management by tracking asset performance, monitoring covenant compliance, and preparing investor reports. You will conduct market research on financing trends, competitive dynamics, and investor preferences. This is an excellent opportunity to develop deep expertise in renewable energy finance while contributing directly to deals that fund solar installations nationwide.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
- Understanding of project finance concepts and deal structures
- Interest in renewable energy and solar finance
- Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required
- Renewable energy experience a plus but not required
