About the role
As Field Operations Manager, you will manage all project operations with Energy Company's installation partner network. You are responsible for ensuring projects move from contract to completion on time, within scope, and meeting our quality standards. You will work closely with partners to resolve scheduling conflicts, address site issues, and ensure installation crews have everything they need to succeed. Using Spider OS, you will monitor project pipelines and intervene when issues arise.
Requirements
- 5+ years operations management experience
- Experience managing contractor or partner networks
- Strong understanding of solar installation processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with project management systems
- Strong communication and relationship building abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and site visits as needed
