About the role
As Quality Compliance Manager, you will ensure every solar installation meets Energy Company's quality standards. Working closely with our Vision AI system, you will review flagged installation photos, validate AI assessments, and make final quality determinations. You will audit installation documentation for completeness and compliance, identify recurring quality issues, and work with partners to implement corrective actions. You will develop and maintain quality checklists, train partners on quality expectations, and track quality metrics across the partner network. When quality issues are identified, you will lead root cause analysis and drive resolution. This role requires technical knowledge of solar installations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to enforce standards while maintaining positive partner relationships. Your work ensures every customer receives an installation that meets our 200+ checkpoint quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years quality assurance or quality control experience
- Technical knowledge of solar PV installations
- Understanding of NEC codes and installation best practices
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with quality management systems
- Ability to review technical documentation and photos
- Excellent communication skills for partner feedback
- Experience with solar installation inspections a plus
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
